摘要
阐述了对质子交换膜燃料电池反应气体进行加湿处理的必要性。为解决传统加湿方法中加湿量难以调节这一问题,介绍了一种加湿量可调的焓轮加湿器的优点及工作原理。从设计思路、焓轮尺寸确定、电机选择及加湿器密封等方面,论述了焓轮加湿器的设计。对所设计的焓轮加湿器进行了初步试验研究,给出了试验结果。
The necessity of humidification treatment for reacting gas of the proton exchange film fuel cells is dissertated.In order to resolve the problem that it is difficult for typical methods to adjust humidification degree, advantages and the working principle of the enthalpy wheel humidifier whose humidification degree is adjustable are introduced.Design of the enthalpy wheel humidifier is introduced from design consideration,determination of enthalpy wheel dimensions,selection of the electric motor and sealing.Preliminary experimental study on the designed enthalpy wheel humidifier was carried out and the test results are given.
