摘要
以若干有代表性的参数对干燥冷却系统各部件的作用进行了分析，阐述了换热器在气流冷却过程中的突出作用，给出以ＲＤ硅胶为吸附剂时系统的具体性能。在原有系统基础上增加预冷装置，使系统性能有明显提高。
Based on the system mathematical model,the effect of each component is studied by some representative parameters.It is illustrated in detail that the recuperator plays an important role when the process air is cooled.The desiccant cooling system,in which the RD silical gel is used,is investigated and its performance is improved when the system is equipped with precooling unit.What have been done above is a part of system optimization.
