摘要
采用固相法制备了龙胆紫一硼酸等系列可逆热致变色颜料。考察了其配比、无机填料的种类与用量、紫外线以及环境温度对其热变色性能的影响。结果表明:以龙胆紫:硼酸:氧化铝=1:100:100-150制成的变色颜料变色敏锐,变色温度为65℃,复色时间为小于700s。
A series of crystal violet boric acid reversible thermochromism paint were prepared by solid phase synthetic method. The mass ratio of them, the sort and quantity of inorganic filler, ultraviolet radiation and surrounding temperature on the thermochromism property of the paint were studied. It showed that when alumina was used as filler and the m(crystal violet) : m(boric acid) : m(filler) was 1 : 100 : 100-150, the paint was sensitive in color changing and the thermochromism temperature was 65℃, the color-recovering time was less than 700 seconds. The thermochromism process of the product was investigated by DSC, which showed that the complex began heat absorption at 60-70℃ ,and reached maximum rate at 105℃.
