溴甲酚酯类复配物制备及其热变色性能的研究

摘要 制备了溴甲酚紫一硼酸、羧酸及其衍生物系列热变色复配物,考察其配比、填料的种类与用量、光照、高温等因素对其热色性能的影响。研究结果表明,以硼酸作显色剂,适合选用Al2O3或硅胶为填料,当溴甲酚紫、硼酸、填料质量比为1:100:100-250时,变色效果好,由黄色变到粉红色,变色温度为110℃左右,复色时间小于60s;以羧酸类为显色剂,适合选用十六醇为填料,溴甲酚紫、显色剂、十六醇的质量比为1:1:10~1:4:40,变色效果好,由红色变成黄色,变色温度在40℃左右,复色时间小于100s。 A series of thermochromism complex made of bromocresolpurple, boracic acid, carboxyl acid and its ramification were prepared. The mass ratio of them, the sort and quantity of fillers, illumination, high temperature on the thermochromism property of the paint were studied. It showed that, when boracic acid as delomorphic reagent, the fillers should be inorganic Al2O3 or silica gel, and when the quality ratio was 1 : 100 : 100-250, the paint was better in colour changing and the colour was from yellow to pink at about 110℃, the color-recovering time was less than 60 seconds. When carboxyl acid as delomorphic reagent, the fillers should be hexadecano, the quality ratio of bromocresolpurple, delomorphic reagent and hexadecano was 1 : 1 :10-1:4 : 40, the paint was better in colour changing and the colour was from red to yellow at about 40℃, the color-recovering time was less than 100 seconds.
