益气活血汤对局灶性脑缺血大鼠神经细胞功能的影响*' 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨益气活血汤治疗脑梗死的机理。方法:以热凝法阻断大鼠一侧大脑中动脉(M cAo)造成局灶性脑缺血为实验模型,采用免疫组化法观察灌服益气活血汤后缺血区脑组织c-fos蛋白的动态变化。结果:益气活血汤能增强c-fos蛋白的表达。结论:益气活血汤可通过提高缺血区c-fos蛋白的含量改善神经细胞的应激能力,提示了中药复方治疗脑梗死的应用前景。 Objective : To study the mechanism of Yiqihuoxue concoction for brain occlusion. Methods : Using one - side middle cerebral artery occlusion (McAo) rats by ehermoregulation as focal cerebal ischemis experimental animal,the dynamic changes of c- fos protein in iscbe,nic region of brain tissue aftcr treating with Yiqihuoxue concoction were observed by immunohistochemitry methods. Results : Yiqihuoxue concoction could enhance the expression of c - fos protein in all stages of ischemia. Conclusion : YiQiHuoXue concoction could improved thc stress ability of nerve cells of acute brain ischemia by enhance the content of c -fos protein ,it implied that herb concoction has a good prospect in the area of treating brain occlusion.
