摘要
目的:观察扶阳宣痹汤治疗中老年寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将符合标准的140例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组70例,观察组予扶阳宣痹汤口服,对照组予腰痹通胶囊口服,均为两个疗程。结果:(1)观察组总有效率为90.90%,对照组总有效率为73.53%,两组疗效经秩和检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)在有效病例中,观察组复发2例;对照组复发9例,两组经χ2检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组治疗后疼痛、寒凉感、麻木感改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组僵硬症状间无显著性差异;(4)两组治疗后SF-36量表各项评分均高于治疗前,且观察组的SF-36量表评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶阳宣痹汤治疗中老年寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症具有显著临床疗效,可降低复发率,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuyang Xuanbi Decoction in treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH)of cold-dampness type in middle aged and elderly people.Methods:A total of 140 patients with LDH were randomized divided into the observation group and the control group.In the observation group,Fuyang Xuanbi Decoction was taken orally.In the control group,Yaobitong Capsule was taken orally.Both of two groups had taken medicine for two courses.Results:①The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.90% and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.53%.The efficacy of the two groups was of statistical significance by rank sum test (P<0.05);②Two cases recrudesced in the observation group,and 9 cases recrudesced in the control group.The difference between two groups was of statistical significance by χ^2 test (P<0.05); ③After treatment,the improvements of pain,coldness and numbness in the observation group were better than those of the control group,the results were of statistical significance (P<0.05,P<0.01).The stiff symptom between two groups had no statistical significance.④After treatment,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment respectively.The SF- 36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion: Fuyang Xuanbi Decoction has great clinical effect for lumbar disc herniation with cold-damp syndrome in quinquagenarian. Fuyang Xuanbi Decoction can also decrease recurrence rate and improve the quality of life.
