摘要
用溴蒸气与液体噻吩进行直接溴化反应合成了2-溴噻吩,考察了一系列因素对直接溴化法生产2-溴噻吩工艺的影响。实验结果表明:将溴蒸气预热后通入液体噻吩中进行反应产品产率较高,溴蒸气是否与稀释气体混和对产率影响不大;演蒸气通入时间即通入速度对产品产率影响比较明显。直接演化法合成2-演噻吩的最佳工艺条件是控制反应温度在80~90℃之间,原料配比(溴与噻吩物质的量之比)为0.60:1,溴蒸气通入时间为6.8h。
2 - bromothiophene was synthesized by the methods of direct bromination. A series of factors was investigated, which affected the direct bromination. Experimental results indicated when the bromine was added as gas into thiophene, the filed of 2 - bromothiophene was higher and there was little side production. Whether the voparized bromine is mixed with dilult gas is not important for incressing yields. Effects of adding time was distinct. The best conditions of synthesizing of 2 - bromothiophene by direct bromination are as follows: the temperature was controlled 80 -90℃, the ratio of materials( bromine to thiophene) is 0.60:1 and the time of adding bromine is 6 h - 8 h.
