摘要
噻吩用过溴吡啶氢酸盐在四氯化碳和４８％氢溴酸中进行选择性溴化，可得到９８％的２溴噻吩．该反应时间短，收率高，选择性好，操作方便，是噻吩单溴化又一新方法．
The reaction of thiophene with pyridine hydrobromide perbromide(C 5H 5NHB r·Br 2) in 48% hydlrobromic acid and tetrachloromethane gives 2bromothiophene in 90% yield. That reaction character is of short reaction period time. high selectivity and moderate reaction condition.
