摘要 采用跨界原生质融合技术,构建基因工程特效菌Fhhh,实现廉价工业化生产Fhhh菌剂,在10m3/d精对苯二甲酸废水处理实验装置中,容积负荷率达到3.0kg/(L.d)以上,生物负荷率达到1.42d-1,出水水质达到国家一类标准,与国内外同类装置相比,生物负荷率处于先进水平。 Technology of Inter-kingdom protoplast fusion was used to construct GEMs Fhhh, which realized the Industrialized Production with low cost, in the experiment equipments for the treatment of 10 m^3/d of pure terephthalic acid wastewater, the volume loading rate was above 3.0 kg,/(L, d), the organic loading rate reached 1.42 d^-1, the quality of effluent water accorded with the first level of the state standard, compared with like equipments in china and abroad, the organic loading rate in the said equipment was up to the advanced level.
