摘要
应用厌氧—混凝工艺进行造纸中段废水处理实验,实验表明最佳实验条件是:厌氧反应器反应温度为35℃,HRT为32h,水力负荷为0.8m3/m2·d。混凝实验混凝剂为硫酸铝,pH控制在5.23,投加量为100mg/L。在最佳实验条件下,经该工艺处理后废水的CODCr、色度从981.8mg/L、128倍分别降至68.1mg/L、8倍,原水SS为202mg/L时,出水中未检出SS,主要指标均满足《污水综合排放标准》GB8978-1996一级标准的要求。
The anaerobic-coagulation process was used to treat the pulp mid-term wastewater. It is shown that the optimum conditions are as following: the temperature of anaerobic reactor is 35℃, the HRT are 32 hours, and the hydraulic load is 0.8 m^3/m^2·d. The coagulant is aluminum sulfate, the optimal pH is 5.23, the optimal dosage is 100 mg/L. At optimum conditions, the CODCr, colourity and SS of the pulp mid-term wastewater treated by anaerobic-coagulation process were reduced from 981.8 mg/L, 128 times, 202 mg/L to 68.1 mg/L, 8 times, 0 mg/L, respectively. The quality of the effluent can satisfy the first class in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
