摘要
本文采用了阳离子交换色谱,可见光谱及沉淀法等方法研究了YL聚丙烯酸类助鞣剂与三价铬盐的配位作用和pH值、YL与络盐的比例和蒙囿剂等因素对配位过程的影响:在此基础上进行了YL助鞣剂在铬鞣中的应用研究。研究结果表明:1.YL参与了铬配合物的配位:2.YL易与高电荷的铬配合物发生作用,而与中、阴性及低电荷铬配合物不发生作用或作用很小:3.上述因素对YL与铬的配位过程有很大的影响:4.铬鞣中应用YL助鞣剂可以促进铬的吸收和固定,增加革中铬含量,减少废液中铬含量;5.成革的丰满性,弹性以及边腹部位的填充性得到了很大的改善。
The process of YL polyacrylate auxiliary tanning agent coordinating with trivalent chromium was researched by the means of cationic exchange chromatography,visible spectrum analysis,percipitation and so on in this paper.The influences that initial pH ,the proportion of YL to chromium,masking agents and other factors excercised on the process also were discussed.On the basis of above,YL was used in chromium tanning process.The research results showed that YL could easily coordinate with trivalent chromium,but the coordination mainly took place between YL and high-charged chromium complex cations,and there was almost no action between YL and low-charged positive or netural or negetive chromium complex compounds.The actors of above,especially initial pH,had great influence on the coordinating process.It could improve the absorption and fixation of chromium,increase the chromium content of leather and decrease that of tanning waste liquor that YL was used in chromium tanning process.At the same time,the fullness and elasticity of leather and filling property of belly also had great progress.
