摘要
在戊二醛分子中引入羧基,即形成了醛酸,醛酸中的醛基可直接与蛋白质中的-NH2结合,而-COO-既可与-NH2作用又可与铬形成络合物,进一步促进了铬的吸收和交联,使成革更加丰满,具有更高的机械强度,从而体现出更优异的性能。
In this paper, aldehydic acid which shows to be a novel tanning agent was prepared by interaction of formaldehyde modified glutaraldehyde and organic acid containing active α hydrogen atom. The product has both CHO group and COOH group, so it not only react with NH 2 group of collagen, but also enhance the absorption and crosslinking of Cr(Ⅲ). As a result, leather retanned by the product exhibit perfect properties such as fuller feeling and higher tensile strength.
