摘要
本文研究了一种少铬鞣法。用0.5%的Cr2O3与改性戊二醛等有机鞣剂结合鞣,生产出了Ts≥95℃的服装革。重点对改性戊二醛的用量及应用方式进行了研究。成革性质与铬鞣革相似,废液中Cr3+含量大约为20mg/l。
In this paper, chrome reduced tannage especially the combination tannage of chrome and modifiedglutaraldehyde were investigated. The properties of the leather produced by 0. 5%Cr2O3, and 6-8% modified glutaraldehyde are quite similar to those of chrome tanned leather. The Cr (Ⅲ)content in the waste effluent was only about 1% of that of conventional chrome tannage.
