摘要 采用高效液相色谱法,运用紫外光谱和荧光光谱,分离分析出煤液化产品中的多环芳烃化合物49种,其中分析鉴定了34种化合物,并对具有代表性的萘、菲、蒽、荧蒽、联苯、芘、 、苯并[a]蒽、北、苯并[a]芘、苯并[ghi]北、二苯并[a,h]蒽等12种多环芳烃化合物进行了定量分析。 A high performance liquid chromatographic method were developed and applied to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAH)in coal hydroliquefaction, which was extracted using benzene, pentane.Thesc extractable matter were prefractionated by silica gel column.The PAH fractions were concentrated and separated by high performance liquid chromatography with an ODS Nucleosil(200mm×4.6mm id)column,about 34 PAHs were identified in effluent fractions by UV and fluorescence spectrophotometry,and 12 PAHs were quantitated by the peak height method.
