摘要
液化残渣有着许多不同于未液化煤的特性,研究液化残渣的特性封整个煤炭液化工艺过程以及对液化厂的经济性和对环境的保护都具有极大的现实意义。试验通过高压釜液化神华煤液化残渣,从液化恒温反应时间、温度和氢初压对神华煤液化残渣的液化特性的影响进行了研究,为煤液化残渣的液化机理研究奠定基础。
Coal liquefaction residua have many characteristics which are differ from unliquefied coal. Studying on characteristic of coal liquefaction residua has the enormous practical significance for ameliorating entire coal hydrogenation liquefaction process, improving liquefaction factory efficiency and protecting environment. The experiment liquefies Shenhua coal liquefaction residua through the high-pressured cauldron. To lay the foundation for liquefaction theory of the coal liquefaction residua from analyzing the influence on.its characteristic from the constant temperature reaction time, the temperature and the initial hydrogen pressure.
