摘要
用等体积的二硫化碳(CS2)/丙酮混合溶剂对准东次烟煤进行萃取获得萃取物EM,依次用石油醚和CS2对EM进行分级萃取获得石油醚萃取物(E1)和CS2萃取物(E2).E2在层析柱中经石油醚洗脱获得馏分F1和F2.用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)在F1和F2中共鉴定出57种5-7环芳烃.其中,五环芳烃都是渺位缩合芳烃,共18种.6-7环芳烃多为迫位缩合芳烃,六环芳烃26种,七环芳烃13种.分级萃取和柱层析分离是富集五环渺位缩合芳烃和六环以上芳烃的有效方法.
Zhundong subbituminous coal was extracted with carbon disulfide (CDS) and acetone binary sol- vent (CDSABS) with volume ratio of 1 : 1 to offer CDSABS - soluble substance ( EM ). EM was fractionally extracted with petroleum ether ( PE), and CDS to afford PE - soluble portion ( E1 ), and CDS - soluble por- tion (E2). Compounds in E2 were separated with column chromatography to obtain eluted fractions 1 and 2 ( Fl and F2 ). Fl and F2 were analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) , and 57 arenes with 5 -7 rings were identified with GC/MS. The numbers of arenes with 5, 6, and 7 tings detected in E2 are 18, 26, and 13, respectively. All the arenes with 5 tings are cata - condensed arches. Most of arenes with 6 tings and arenes with 7 rings are peri - condensed arenes. Combination of fractional extraction and column chromatography is an effective approach to enrich cata - condensed arenes with 5 tings and arenes with the rings more than 5.
