摘要
叙述了新型农用杀菌剂恶醚唑中间体-2-氯-4-(4-氯苯氧基)-苯乙酮的合成工艺,该工艺以对氯苯酚和2,4-二氯苯乙酮为原料,在铜粉催化剂催化下进行缩合得到,反应收率为71.4%。研究证明该工艺收率高、操作简单、成本低,适合大规模工业化生产。
The synthesis process of 2-Chloro-4-(4-chlorophenoxy)-acetophene that was a new important intermediate of difenoconazole was described, p-Chlorophenol and 2,4-dichloroacetophenene under the catalysis of copper was condensed to give the product, and the total yield was 71.4%. This process can meet the industrialized production due to the fact that the method had high yield, easy operation and low cost.
