摘要 在玻璃基水泥中掺加β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP),制成玻璃基复合水泥试样.将该试样放入生理模拟液(SBF)中浸泡一定时间后取出,然后对其微观结构和强度进行了分析研究.结果表明:β-磷酸三钙的加入促进了玻璃基复合水泥中羟基磷灰石(HAP)的生成;随β-磷酸钙掺量的提高,玻璃基复合水泥的显气孔率逐渐增加,而强度则有所下降. The glass based composites bone cement which was made from β-tricalcium phosphate and glass based bone cement was immersed in the simulated body fluid, its microstructure and strength were investigated. The results demonstrate that the addition of β-tricalcium phosphate accelerates the production of bone-like hydroxyapatite and improve the porosity of the bone cement. The porosity of bone cement increases and mechanical strength decreases with the increase of the content of β-tricalcium phosphate.
