多孔β-TCP陶瓷的凝胶注模成型

摘要 目的以凝胶注模成型工艺与造孔剂法相结合制备多孔生物陶瓷,对该多孔陶瓷的相关性能进行研究。方法以造孔剂法与凝胶注模成型工艺相结合制备了多孔β-TCP陶瓷,对低粘度、高固相含量的陶瓷浆料的制备、坯体有机物的排除及陶瓷的烧成制度、成型坯体的性能及其显微结构进行了研究。结果最终获得性能优良的多孔生物陶瓷。结论(1)通过加入适量分散剂PAA-NH4提高陶瓷粉料在悬浮液中的Zeta电位绝对值,并在pH为9左右获得了低粘度、高固相含量的β-TCP/BG浓悬浮体。(2)采用处理过的活性碳作为造孔剂,可以获得大孔径的多孔陶瓷。(3)制备的多孔陶瓷的抗压强度为4.62MPa,平均容重和显气孔率分别为1.28g/cm3、67.14%。 Objective In the paper, porous bioceramics was fabricated by incorporation of forming pore agents and gelcasting. The correlative properties of the porous bioceramics were studied. Methods Porous β -TCP ceramics was fabricated by incorporation of forming pore agents and gelcasting. Preparation of a concentrated suspension with high solid volume loading and low viscosity was studied. Results Elimination of the organics of green body and mechanism of sintering green body were discussed. Conclusion (1) In pH value=9, a concentrated suspension with high solid volume loading and low viscosity was prepared. In order to improve the ceramic powders' Zeta potential, suitable dispersant PAA-NH,, must be added in. (2) The porous bioceramics had massive macropore by adding in a great deal of forming pore agents, which were active processed carbon. (3) The compression strength of the porous bioceramics was 4.62MPa, the porosity of the porous ceramics was 67.14%, the density mean value was 1.28g/cm3.
