摘要
提出了制备β- 磷酸三钙(β- TCP) 粉末的新工艺,研究了多孔β- TCP 陶瓷( 多孔β- TCP) 的成型和烧结条件。检测结果表明,该材料的Ca/P 为1 .50 ,平均孔隙率为42 .3 % ,抗压强度为34 .8 kg/cm2 ,大孔孔径为400 μm 左右,小孔孔径为5 μm左右,,在生理盐水中有微量溶解,溶血、急性毒性和致热源性均在安全范围内。制得骨形态发生蛋白(BMP) 与多孔β- TCP 的复合人工骨(BMP/ 多孔β- TCP) 。小鼠肌袋种植实验结果表明,该复合材料具有异位诱导成骨能力。兔桡骨缺损(1 .5 cm) 的骨修复实验结果表明,BMP/ 多孔β- TCP的修复效果明显优于多孔β- TCP 以及多孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷( 多孔HA,或多孔HAP) 。
The composite arificial bone of bone morphogenentic protein/porous β-tricalcium phosphate (BMP/p-β-TCP) with ability of osteoinducition and biodegradation has been studied.A new process preparing β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) bioceramic powders has been developed.The problem that very diffcult filtering of gelatinous precipitate has been solved.The processing parameters in moulding and sintering were investigated.The results show that Ca/P ratio of the prepared p-β-TCP bioceramic is 1.50,porosity volume is 42.3%,diameter of macropores is 400 μm,diameter of micropores is 5μm,compressive strength is 34.8 kg/cm 2.The degredation experiment in vitro showed that it could be able to solve slightly in hormalsaline.The results of all tests of hemolysis,acute toxicity and pyrogen were found within normal range.The results of intramuscular implatation test showed that BMP/p-β-TCP has good osteoinduction.The BHP/p-β-TCP materials were implanted into 1.5cm radial defects of New Zealand rabbits,it has been showed that that bone repairing ability of BMP/p-β-TCP is superior to the orthes (p-β-TCP and P-HA).The BMP/p-β-TCP is suitable fo~ substitution of autogsaft bone on repairing spongy bone defectw.
