摘要
介绍HACCP的基本原理、内容及特点,分析在水产饲料企业中应用HACCP体系的必要性和可行性,并分析应用过程可能遇到的困难及解决措施,并指出HACCP在水产饲料生产中具有良好的应用前景。
The basic principle, contents and characteristics of HACCP were introduced, the necessity and feasibility of applying HACCP in the fishery feed enterprises were analyzed, and the difficulties might be met during the process of application and solving measures were expounded in this paper. HACCP had a good application prospect in the fishery feed production.
