摘要
本文提出一种基于数字式MEMS(微电子机械系统)加速度传感器ADXL213的倾角测量装置,该装置采用占空比调制电路获得相应的数字信号。根据对实际运动模型的分析,建立了相应的数学模型。利用整个系统硬件的特点,达到良好的实际测量结果。
An angle measurement is developed based on the dual axis MEMS accelerometer with digital output ADXL213 which can output digital signal by DCM circuit. The mathematic model has been founded according to analyzing the model of moving object. As a result, the measurement result is satisfied.
