摘要
针对TiO2氧敏传感器的高阻特性以及对该传感器阻值测量精度的要求,适应当今测量智能化、自动化的需要,设计了该外围电路。该电路采用单片机控制12位A/D转换器进行数据采集和自动换挡,同时采用线性化电路进行误差补偿,六位数码管清晰显示。经济实用、测量精度高,显示清晰。
The peripheral circuit is designed to meet the high requirement of measure precision of TiO2 oxygen sensor to its high resistance characteristic. This circuit adopts the single-chip microcomputer to control 12-bit A/D converter for data gathering and auto-gearing, adopt the linear circuit to compensate the error at the same time , six LED displays the data clearly. It is economical and practical, having a high measure precision and extensive application.
