运用合同法的原理分析认为,学校与学生之间的缔约过程中的发布招生信息行为是要约邀请,学生报名行为是要约,学校发放录取通知书的行为是承诺,学生入学注册报到行为是履约行为。
According to the analysis of principle of the Law of Contract, in the process of signing the contract between the school and the students, the act of releasing the enrollment information is the invitation to offer, the act of signing is an offer, the act of providing enrollment notice is the commitment and the act of register is to carry out the contract.
