摘要 目的探讨蛋白激酶Cα(PKCα)、微血管密度(MVD)及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)与脑胶质瘤病理分级的关系,分析PKCα与MVD和PCNA的相关性。方法应用免疫组化方法检测55例脑胶质瘤和10例正常脑组织标本中PKCα、PCNA的表达与MVD。结果随着脑胶质瘤病理级别的升高,PKCα、MVD及PCNA的表达率逐渐升高,各级之间有显著差异。PKCα的表达与MVD及PCNA的表达均呈正相关。结论PKCα过度表达可能与胶质瘤的发生和生长关系密切;联合检测PKCα、MVD和PCNA能更准确评价脑胶质瘤的病理特征。 Objective To explore the relationship between the histopathoiogic grading of human brain glioma and the expression of PKCα, MVD and PCNA, and the correlation of them. Methods Immunohistochemicai techniques were used to detect the expression of PKCα, PCNA and MVD in 55 cases of human brain gliomas and compared with 10 cases of normal brain tissues. Results The expression of PKCα, PCNA and MVD increased with the increasing grades of glioma. The expression of PKCα was positively correlated to MVD and to the expression of PCNA. Conclusions The over expression of PKCα is closely related with tumorigenesis and pathogenesis in human brain glioma. PKCα, PCNA expression and MVD assay might be used as indexes for evaluating the pathological grades and biological behavior of glioma. Combined assay can increase accuracy of glioma evaluation.
