摘要
近几年,西部高校骨干教师流失现象日益凸显,加剧了地区教育发展的不平衡,影响着国家经济的协调发展。究其根源,主要在于西部与东部地区存在着地理条件、经济文化背景、道德观念等的差异。西部高校要留住骨干教师,重在完善激励、绩效考核和人才流动机制。
In recent years, a number of backbone teachers in western higher schools drain into east, which intensifies the imbalance in regional educational development, and affects the harmonious economical development over the country. The main reasons lie in the difference of geography, background of economy & culture, morality& convention between east and west. In order to keep backbone teachers, it should complete the stimulation, performance evaluation and people shifting system etc.
