摘要
叶斯柏森是公认的世界级语言学家。他的《语言论:语言的本质、发展和起源》一书内容丰富,对语言的演进作了专门的论述。本文旨在阐述叶斯柏森的语言演进理论,包括叶氏的语言演进观及语言演进的原因。叶氏的语言演进理论自诞生至今虽已经历了80余年历史,但对当代二语习得等研究领域仍有其指导意义。
Jespersen is considered a world-famous linguist. His Language, Its Nature, Development and Origin is a monograph in which he discusses the development of language. This paper aims at introducing Jespersen＇ s theory of the development of language, including his views on it and the causes of it. Although Jespersen＇ s theory was formed over 80 years ago, it is still valuable for many fields of linguistic study, such as second language acquisition.
