摘要
根据需要控制气孔状态是提高陶瓷CBN磨具使川性能的一个重要途径。本文以CBN磨具用低温陶瓷结合剂为研究对象,通过流动度测试、SEM形貌观察等实验手段.探讨了在不同的烧制温度,以及引入α-Al2O3填料的情况下,陶瓷结合剂中气孔状况的变化规律。研究表明,在适当的温度范围内,结合剂流动度变化情况可作为气孔控制的一个有效参考依据,流动度差值大的结合剂,其气孔状态可调性也大;α-Al2O3填料对气孔状态的影响具有两面性,一方面可增大熔体高温粘度从而减小残留气孔尺寸,另一方面降低了,气体在熔体中的溶解度使气孔增大,两方面综合作用决定了对气孔状态的影响。
The control of pores is an important way to improve the performances of CBN abrasive tools, This paper discussed the changing trend of pores in low sintering temperature vitrified bond used in CBN abrasive tools, by measuring the fluidity of samples and the SEM analysis at different sintering temperatures and with α-Al2O3 additions. The results show that the change of fluidity of vitrified bond can be considered as a valuable reference for the control of pores in an appropriate temperature span. The α-Al2O3 addition affects the pores in two ways: it can reduce the size of pores by raising the viscosity of the bath, and increase its size by bringing the solvability of air in the bend down. The comprehensive effects of the two sides decide the final morphology of pores.
