摘要 本文以两种廉价无毒物质为主要造孔材料,通过正交试验设计,研究得到不同孔隙率的金属结合剂金刚石节块所需造孔剂的添加量,并分析孔隙率对力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:通过在青铜基结合剂中加入适量的造孔剂材料,金属结合剂金刚石节块中的孔隙率可高达46%,孔隙率与造孔剂添加量之间以及孔隙率与抗弯强度之间存在一定的对应关系,可为实际生产多孔金属结合剂金刚石砂轮的配方选择提供一定的基础数据和试验经验。 Two kinds of cheap and nontoxic materials were used as porosity inducers in this test. Optimal amount of porosity inducers for metal bond diamond segment with different porosity ratio was obtained by orthogonal experiment, and the effect of poro sity ratio on the mechanical properties of diamond segment was analyzed. The experiment results indicated that 46vol% porosity can be achieved by adding some porosity inducers to bronze bond diamond composites. It was found that there existed a certain relationship between porosity ratio and the amount of porosity inducers, as well as the relationship between porosity ratio and the transverse rupture strength of the diamond segments. Some fundamental data and experience for manufacturing porous metal bonded diamond grinding wheels were also achieved.
