摘要
通过对CBN砂轮制造工艺研究、大量的模拟磨削工艺试验及现生产磨削工艺试验,总结出砂轮制造参数、磨削工艺参数以及磨削液的选择原则,成功研制出大规格（直径Φ600mm）CBN砂轮,在汽车凸轮轴磨削生产应用中,显示出良好的经济效益和社会效益,具有很好的应用价值和推广价值。
Based on the research on cubic boron nitride (CBN) grinding wheel manufacturing technology and lots of grinding experiment, grinding wheel manufacturing parameters, grinding process parameters and principle of choosing grinding liquid were summarized and large scale of CBN wheel grinding wheel (up to diameter 600 mm)was successfully developed.It has been applied to camshaft grinding and good economic and social benefit was obtained.It has better application and popularization prospects.
