摘要
目的:研究肿瘤转移相关基因Mta1(metastasis-associated gene)表达与喉癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法:应用RT-PCR技术,对30例喉癌组织、12例喉癌颈部淋巴结和10例正常喉部组织,进行了Mta1mRNA表达的检测。结果:有转移喉癌原发灶Mta1mRNA高表达率为100%(8/8),无转移为22.7%(5/22),P<0.01;有癌转移淋巴结高表达率为87.5%(7/8),无癌转移为0(0/4),P<0.05。30例喉癌有13例Mta1mRNA高表达,高表达率为43.3%。结论:Mta1mRNA表达与喉癌淋巴结转移呈相关关系。基因Mta1可成为判断喉癌转移有价值的指标。
Objective: To study the relation between Mtal gene(metastasis associated gene, meta gene)and lymph node metastasis of laryngeal carcinomas . Method: Reverse transcription polymeras chain reaction(RT-PCR) technique was used to detect the expression of Mtal mRNA in 30 carcinoma of larynx tissue cases, 12 lymph nodes and 10 normal larynx tissue cases. Result:The frequency of MTA1 overexpression was 100%/40 (8/8) in primary carcinomas of larynx with metastasis but only 22. 7% (5/22) in thoes without metastasis(P〈0.01). Expression of MTA1 was 87.5% (7/8) in lymph nodes with metastasis but only 0(0/4) in thoes without metastasis(P〈0.05). The frequency of Mtal overexpression was 43.3% (13/30) in primary carcinomas of larynx. Conclusion:Our data suggest that the overexpression of the MTA1 gene correlates with lymph node metastasis of carcinomas of larynx. Mtal gene will probably become a valuahle gene for judging metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
