肿瘤转移相关基因MTA1与肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要 转移是恶性肿瘤致死的主要原因之一,它是一系列有序事件的复杂演进过程,受着多种基因正负作用的调控。因此了解肿瘤转移所涉及的基因和基因产物是目前国内外一项重要的研究课题,并取得了一定进展。本文就目前已经成功分离出的肿瘤转移相关基因MTA1(metastasis-associated 1,MIA1)的结构与功能、MTA 1基因家族及其与肿瘤的关系等方面研究进展进行综述。
