摘要
异香草醛经苄基化及Darzens反应制得3-苄氧基-4-甲氧基苯乙醛,用NaClO2/H2O2在异丙醇中氧化制得3-苄氧基-4-甲氧基苯乙酸,总收率72%。
3-Benzyloxy-4-methoxyphenylacetic acid was prepared from 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde by benzylation and Darzens reaction to give 3-benzyloxy-4-methoxyphenylacetaldehyde followed by oxidation with NaClO2/ H2O2 in isopropanol with an overall yield of 72 %.
