4-甲基水杨酸经硫酸二乙酯同时酯化和醚化得到的2-乙氧基-4-甲基苯甲酸乙酯,再经羧基化和选择性水解反应得到3-乙氧基-4-乙氧羰基苯乙酸,总收率58％。
3-Ethoxy-4-ethoxycarbonylphenylacetic acid was synthesized from 4-methylsalicylic acid by simultaneous esterification and etherificative with Et2SO4 to give ethyl 2-ethoxy-4-methylbenzonate, which was subjected to carboxylation and then selective hydrolysis with an overall yield of 58%.
