摘要
目的探讨新建临床学院护理教学管理模式,培养和提高临床护理教师的课堂授课能力和临床带教能力,建立科学的教学质量管理体系,提高教学质量。方法自2003年开始,采用ISO9000质量管理标准8项原则,初步建立质量管理体系;采用过程方法、管理体系方法、基于事实的决策方法和质量管理体系方法,以及持续改进等一系列标准,保证质量控制的有效性和适宜性。结果提高了全体护理教师的质量意识和教学积极性,提高了护生和各护理院校的满意度。结论ISO9000质量管理标准是不受行业和部门制约的通用标准,适用于医院护理教学管理。
Objective To explore the management mode of nursing teaching in a new established clinical college,to train and improve nursing teachers＇ ability of class - teaching and clinical teaching, and to establish scientific teaching quality management system to improve the quality of teaching. Methods since 2003 ,the nursing teaching quality management system has been established based on the eight principles of ISO9000 standards. The effectiveness and applicability of quality control was guaranteed by the standards of process method, management system ,decision making based on facts and constant improvement. Results This practice enhanced all the nursing teachers＇ quality awareness and teaching enthusiasm,and improved the students＇ satisfaction and nursing schools＇ satisfaction. Conclusion The standards of ISO9000 is not restrained with various profession,is suitable for the management of nursing teaching in hospitals,
