摘要
目的了解不同学制护理本科生护理临床决策能力的情况。方法使用自设的本科护生临床决策能力问卷调查415名四川省4所大学2008年护理专业本科实习生。结果本科护生总临床决策能力(287.37±32.52)分;4年制本科护生临床护理决策能力评分(295.32±29.76)分;5年制本科护生临床护理决策能力评分(282.63±33.23)分,4年制本科护生临床决策能力的总分及维度得分均高于5年制本科护生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论不同学制的护理本科生在临床护理决策能力方面具有差异。
Objective To explore the ability status of clinical decision - making among nursing undergraduates in the different learning programs. Methods A total of 415 nursing undergraduates, from four universities in Sichuan Province who were enrolled in 2008 were surveyed with a self- designed questionnaire about clinical decision - making ability. Results The total score of clinical decision - making ability was (287.37 ± 32.52 ). The scores of nursing undergraduates in the 4 - year program and 5 - year program were (295.32 ±29.76 ) and (282.63 ±33.23 ) respectively. Both the total score and scores in each dimension of the 4 - year program students were higher than the 5 - year program students, and the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The level of clinical decision - making ability has statistically significant differences between the nursing students in the two learning programs.
