创伤弧菌攻击肝病大鼠后SOD、NO的变化及其意义

Variations and Significance of SOD & NO on the Rats with Hepatopathy after Infected with Vibrio Vulnificus

摘要 目的通过对肝病大鼠受到创伤弧菌攻击后SOD、NO的检测,探讨SOD、NO与慢性肝病以及创伤弧菌(Vv)致死性的相关性。方法采用四氯化碳制备慢性肝病大鼠18只,分Vv攻击和肝病大鼠对照组(n=9),制备Vv致死性感染肝病大鼠模型(5.0×107cfu/只),在观察大鼠生存率的同时采用化学比色法予以定量测定大鼠血清SOD、NO的含量变化,还与接受NS攻击的肝病大鼠以及接受相同菌量攻击的正常大鼠(n=9)相比较。结果在接种Vv攻击后4h肝病大鼠组仅存活1只,5h后全部死亡。正常大鼠Vv攻击组5h存活8只(88.9%)。肝病大鼠组较之正常大鼠Vv攻击组在同等Vv菌量攻击下存活率有显著差异(p<0.01);肝病大鼠组血清SOD(174.63nu/ml)NO(4.68umol/L)分别显著低于正常对照组(348.14,12.03)和肝病对照组(292.29,8.22)有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.001)。结论肝病大鼠受到Vv攻击后,血清SOD、NO的含量明显下降。 Objective To explore the relationship botwcen SOD, NO and chronic hepatopathyby investigating the variations of SOD and NO levels in hepatopathy rats infected by vibrlo vulnificus. Methods 18 chronic hepalopathy rats prepared by carban tetrachloride were divided into two groups: Vihrio vulnificus (Vv) allack group and control group (n = 9). Each rat in Vv attack group was given 5.0 × 107 cfu bacteria. The serum level variations of SOD, NO in rats were measured by colorimeler analysis, and the survival rates were gain al the same time. In addition, the results were also compared with both normal saline (NS) attacked hepalopathy rats and normal rats attacked by the same amount of bacteria (n = 9). Results In the bopalopathy group, only I rat survived 4h after infected by Vv, hut it also died after one more hour, while 8 rats survived in the normal group after 5h. There was significant difference (P 〈 0.01) on survival rates between the bopalopathy group and the normal group after which attacked by the same amount of bacteria. And for the serum levels of SOD and NO in bopatopathy rats, Vv attack group (174.63un/ml, 4.68umol/L) were significantly lower than those in normal group (348.14un/ml, 12.03umol/L) and NS attacked hepatopathy group (292.29un/mol, 8.22umol/L) respectively. Conclusions the serum levels of SOD and NO significantly descend after hepatopathy rats were infected by vibrio vulnificus.
