摘要
阐述生态城市的实质,对国外建设生态城市的实践和规划管理方案进行分析,并根据上海自身特点,总结有益经验应用于上海生态城市建设。具体从城市森林绿化、交通建设、资源能源、人口结构、管理制度和公众参与方面对上海建设生态城市提出建议。
Based on the essentials of eco-city, the article analyses the urban plan and practice abroad, summarizes several experiences. To construct eco-type city. Shanghai should regulate every aspect, such as forest and virescence, traffic, resource, population, administration, public participation and so on.
