摘要
在分析现有生态城市指标体系优缺点的基础上,构建了针对天水市的生态城市评价指标体系,并对2009年的天水市城市生态化程度进行了评价.结果表明:天水市城市生态化综合指数为0.42,生态化程度为3级水平,三个子系统发展不平衡,环境子系统较好,而经济子系统薄弱.根据评价结果,提出了制定生态城市建设发展目标、加大生态建设的力度、大力发展生态产业、加强生态文化建设等建议.
The eco-city indicator system of Tianshui city was built and the urban ecological level in 2009 was evaluated in this paper based on analyzing the merits and demerits of current eco-city evaluation indicator system.The results showed that the composite index of eco-city in Tianshui was 0.42,ecologization degree was 3 levels,there was unbalanced development among three subsystems and better environment subsystems,but these economic subsystems were weak.Based on these evaluated results,some suggestions including development goals of eco-city,strength ecological construction,vigorously develop ecological estate and strengthen the construction of ecological culture were put forward.
