外地投资者对重庆目前的经济环境和政府服务环境的评价最好,对资源环境、法律环境的评价较好,而对科技文化环境的评价相对较差。要积极开展投资机会研究,提升重庆的城市品牌形象,完善城市功能、市场体系以及生活服务环境,把教育投资与产业投资结合起来,并充分发挥各地的比较优势。
The comments of the investors from outside on Chongqing＇s economic environment and govemmental service are the best and comments on resource envirornment and lawful environment are better and comments on scientific and technological and cultural environment are worse. Chongqing should study investment oppotunity, raise urban image, consummate urban function, market system and living service envitonment, combine education investment with industry investment and bring the comparative advantage of each part into full play.
