摘要
根据回转窑内物料在重力、离心力、摩擦力综合作用下的受力平衡条件,推导了物料动态安息角的计算公式,该公式不仅为计算物料轴向运动速度及回转窑传动功率提供了重要参数,而且为衡量物料偏置程度提供了一个准确的尺度。
Under Ihe integrative actions of gravity, centrifugal force and trictional force, the material movement within rotary kiln is in a dynamic balanced status. Based on this, the formula determining dynamic repose angle of material is conducted, which supply an important parameter for calculating axis velocity of material and driving power to rotary kiln, and also provide an exact ruler for measuring offset degree of the materials.
