摘要
针对新疆焦煤、无烟煤资源缺乏 ,烟煤丰富的特点 ,对新疆地区高炉喷煤煤源及用煤性质进行了调查 ,对煤粉爆炸性做出了定量分析。根据新疆煤质特性 ,研究了 2种、3种混合煤爆炸特性 ,提出了烟煤安全配比、挥发份控制值、煤粉喷吹系统控制的最高安全温度 。
In view of Xinjiang's coal resouce conditions which are characterised by deficient coking coal and anthracite coal and rich bituminous coal resources, an investigation was made on the coal sources for blast furnace injection and the used coal properties in Xinjiang region and quantitative analysis was also made of the explosiveness of powder coal. According to the cnaracteristics of Xinjiang's coal properties, the explosiveness of two-or three-coal mixture were studied. The safety proportioning of bituminous coal, control value of volatile component and upper limit of safety temperature in controlling the powder coal injection were proposed for guiding the safe production of blast furnace's coal injection.
