摘要
目的:了解海洛因滥用者血清中腺苷脱氨酶(adenosine deaminase,ADA)的活性水平及其临床意义。方法:在美国BECKMAN COULTER公司出品的SYNCHRON CX9 ALX全自动生化分析仪上对238例海洛因滥用者及38例健康对照者血清中腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)活性同时进行测定。结果:与健康对照组相比,各滥用组的血清ALP,GGT活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);滥用2个月组的血清ADA,ALT,AST差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);滥用6个月以上各组血清ADA,ALT,AST活性高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);滥用组血清ADA活性随滥用时间延长明显增高,各组间两两比较,差异有统计学意义(F=569.8,P<0.001)。ADA活性与ALT,AST活性呈正相关,与ALP,GGT无相关关系。结论:海洛因滥用者血清中ADA活性增高可以判断滥用者肝实质损伤程度,估计其滥用时间,对脱毒治疗有重要临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of serum activity level of adenosine deaminase ( ADA ) in heroin abusers.Methods: The ADA, alanine aminotransferase ( ALT ), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), and γ- glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT) activity levels in the serum of 238 heroin abusers and 38 healthy individuals were measured by SYNCHRON CX9 ALX automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: The ADA, ALT and AST activity level in the serum of the abusers who had abused heroin over 6 months were significantly higher than that of the controls ( P 〈 0.01 ; P 〈 0.05). The ADA activity levels increased in accordance with the duration of drug abuse ( F = 569.8, P 〈 0.001), and correlated with ALT and AST activity levels rather than with ALP and GGT activity levels in the serum. Conclusion : The ADA activity levels in the serum of heroin abusers can reflect the damage degree of liver and have important clinical significance to detoxification.
