摘要
我国的高等教育正由”精英教育”走向”大众教育”,尤其对我们新建本科院校教学质量的保证增加了困难。通过对新建本科院校英语专业师资力量、学生现状的分析,找出了教学中存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。
Our Chinese higher education is in the interim from “the elite education” to “the common education”. Especially, it brings troubles to the English teaching in newly-built 4-year programs colleges. On the basis of scientific analyzing the teachers＇ abilities, the students＇ condition and the score of TEM-4, this paper points out the weak items in English teaching and provides the relevant strategies.
