摘要
研究了高压脉冲电场对不同桑果品种原汁的杀菌效果,以及高压脉冲电场对不同微生物的杀菌效果,比较了杀菌前后桑果原汁的一些指标变化。
Raw juice of several mulberry varieties was sterilized by pulsed electric field equipment. The effect was different to sterilize different microorganism in mulberry juice. The mulberry juice was analyzed after sterilization.
