The Study of SPR Sensors Using Theoretical Simulation

摘要 为了提高SPR传感器的性能,本文从理论上分析了影响传感器性能的一些参数.本文以薄膜光学理论为基础对传感器的特性进行分析,给出了SPR传感器反射光强的数学模型,并以此模型为依据用m atlab软件对各种敏感膜的特性进行仿真,得出了一些结论,再结合实际加以分析. To improve the performance of SPR sensors , this paper analyse some parameter relate to the performanaee of sensors from theory. In this paper we discuss the characteristics of SPR sensors using membrane optics theory, give the mathematics model of reflectivity, and simulate the performance of different membrane using matlab, receive some conclusion.
