摘要
太赫兹表面等离激元共振传感器,在生物科学以及医学领域中的应用比较广泛,本文主要通过对于经过棱镜耦合的太赫兹表面等离激元共振传感器工作特性的分析,实现对于太赫兹表面等离激元共振传感器的分析探讨。
