摘要
提出了由压电驱动带动的注射微动平台和电机带动的细胞微载台来构成细胞药物微量注射的机械结构与控制系统。而且也提出了利用压电陶瓷的微位移特性构造了和目前的微量注射针完全不同的微量注射针结构与控制系统,这个压电微量注射针的驱动和注射动作全部由压电驱动器来完成;利用压电陶瓷的微位移和施加在压电陶瓷上的电压在微小位移情况下的线性关系实现了细胞注射系统的精确微定量注射。

Moreover, at the same time advanced makeding use of the piezoelectric chinaware of micro displacement characteristic builduping micro injection pin framework and control system, the piezoelectric micro injection pin that utilizes piezoelectric actuator and its injection system also imposes piezoelectric actuator, the device acquires precision micro injection by making use of at the condition of micro displacement piezoelectric actuator' s displacement and the infliction voltage on the piezoelectric actuator basing linearity relation.
