摘要
针对目前广泛采用的细胞微注射器存在的系统结构复杂、注射量控制精度低等缺点,研制了基于叠堆式压电陶瓷微位移特性的数字化细胞微注射器,建立了数字化注射器的理论模型,进行了试验器件基本尺寸的计算。注射器注射试验结果表明,注射器注射量控制精度接近皮升级。
In the technology of cell microinjection used widely today, there are some disadvantages including complexity of the systems used in finding, positioning and holding and injecting cell, low precision of the micro-injection volume control and so on . The original creative digital cell micro-injection device was manufactured and used to do experiments of micro-volume injection. The injection volume was controlled by the piezoelectric ceramic micro displacement device. The model was presented. Micro-injection volume of pico litres has been almost realized .
