摘要
我国转型时期的劳动关系呈现出复杂化、多样性的特征,职工的合法权益受到侵害的现象不断增多。解决转型时期劳动关系存在的问题,首先应加快劳动法制建设步伐,不断完善劳资矛盾处理机制,强化劳动力市场功能建设。
Industrial relations in the period of transformation take on a feature of complicatedness and diversity. Workers' legitimate rights are increasingly infringed. To solve the problems popping up in this period, we should accelerate the speed of constructing labor laws and legislations, take continuous efforts to enhance the institutions solving industrial conflicts and strengthen the functional construction of labor markets.
